At 3 Points Digital we have recent experience in implementing Enterprise Agile. We apply Agile principles and practices to the areas requiring change. Our approach considers the business value required, the employees’ capacity to fundamentally change their work practices, the tooling and technology required to lift performance. Central to this is how we approach the design of integrated business and IT squads, chapters, tribes, and domains for the whole organisation.

Our approach includes all three vantage points in each ‘sprint’ of our engagement. We go beyond the skills, numbers and roles covered by the new organisational design. We consider the ‘backlog’ of work in digital investments, the new policies and procedures, location of work given multishoring, redeployment of staff, new governance and financing arrangements, renegotiation of contracts with vendors and benefits realisation as duplication between business and IT is removed.
